Benefits of Rapid Processing
With Diebold’s new rapid-processing solution, customers benefit from:
- Increased transaction speed supported through an easy, dual-module simultaneous transaction
- Heightened deposit uptime through the availability of two modules as opposed to one, keeping one module up and running in the event of a jam
- Enhanced sense of security due to the ease and speed of the deposit transaction, resulting in less time spent with exposed cash at the ATM
How Rapid Processing Works
Rapid processing shortens the total transaction time for a cash and check deposit by performing tasks in parallel.
- A cash and check deposit is selected from the deposit menu
- Cash is inserted into the cash module
- Immediately, checks are inserted into the check module
- Cash and checks are processed, approved and stored at the same time
